We are a Chelmsford-based CQC Good domiciliary care provider established in 2016. We offer high-quality care across Essex, supporting people by helping with personal care, medication support, and meal preparation. Our services encompass reablement, live-in, ongoing, and end-of-life care.

In 2020, Passion Tree won the Reablement Contract for Mid-Essex, a 6-week service focused on helping people regain confidence and independence after ill health. As an incumbent provider, our success in procuring the contract has been driven by our attentive and well-trained staff, who ensure we provide person-centred care for all of our clients. 

We strive to make a meaningful impact by not only providing care but also by collaborating with our local community and protecting the environment. Through our current projects, we empower those facing hardship to improve their lives while actively minimising our environmental footprint.
